Postal policy decisions made in Washington have a direct impact on pricing, service, operations, and the future of the mailing industry. This session will provide an overview of the current postal policy landscape, key legislative and regulatory issues shaping the industry, and the growing importance of industry engagement in the policymaking process.
Attendees will learn how Congress, the Postal Regulatory Commission, USPS leadership, and industry stakeholders each play a role in shaping the future of mail — and, more importantly, what individuals and companies can do to get involved. From facility tours and grassroots outreach to participation in industry coalitions and local postal organizations, this session will offer practical ways to build relationships, elevate industry priorities, and help influence the future of the postal system.
